Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Alba Talent ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or submit information through our forms.

Information We Collect

Our four-screen fit check collects:

Your contact fields are not saved by Alba in browser session storage. Only the three fit-check answers, the current screen, and a random submission identifier may be saved in that tab, and that draft expires no later than two hours after it starts. Browser autofill may separately remember contact fields under your browser settings.

How We Use Your Information

SMS and Phone Communications

If you check the optional consent box on our survey, you agree to receive marketing SMS messages and phone calls from Alba Talent about your inquiry, including automated messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can submit the survey without checking the box.

Information Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate this funnel, including our CRM, scheduling, email, SMS, hosting, analytics, and advertising platforms. Those providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Data Security

We use HTTPS to encrypt form information in transit. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us at hello@albatalent.io.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

We do not load the Meta Pixel, read or create Meta advertising identifiers, or make an application eligible for the Meta Conversions API before you affirmatively choose “Allow advertising.” Rejecting advertising does not prevent you from viewing the site, applying, or booking.

After you allow it, the browser Pixel may send Meta the page visited, actions taken, referring campaign, browser/device information, IP address, and identifiers stored in cookies such as _fbp and _fbc. For a qualified application, our server may also send contact information such as name, email address, and phone number in hashed form, together with application and campaign data. Hashed information is pseudonymous, not anonymous.

Meta processes this information under its own Privacy Policy. You can manage personalized-ad settings through Meta Ad Preferences and can limit cookies using your browser settings. You can also contact us to exercise the rights described above.

Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices

The Allow advertising and Reject advertising controls have equal prominence. You can reopen them at any time using the persistent Privacy choices control. Choosing Reject removes the Meta advertising cookies and browser advertising state that this funnel can access and stops future browser advertising events. It cannot retract information already sent while consent was active.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a hard advertising opt-out on this funnel even if an older browser preference said Allow.

Data Retention

We retain application, scheduling, and communication records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry, operate our business relationship, meet legal or recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. The in-tab fit-check draft expires within two hours. The opaque booking cookie expires within seven days and is HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Strict. Advertising and service providers retain information according to their own policies. You may request deletion using the contact details below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
